Description of the Hermitary "Madonna della Mazza" (Our Lady of The Stick), available to house groups of visitors.

16 beds available in two rooms of 30 m² each. The rooms are provided with bunk beds, pillows, mattresses and blankets.

1 external toilette room with 3 showers, 3 wc, 4 sinks; 1 (smaller) internal toilette.

1 kitchen completely furnished.

1 refectory for 30 people.

Outside you can find: a pic-nic area in the wood, paved floor reaching the main road, a fountain, night lighting. The place is the starting point of many trekking paths. You will find nearby the romanic church "Madonna della Mazza" and a summer residence of the nuns "Ancelle dell'Incarnazione".

The hermitary is situated 1100 m above sea level and it is 7 km distant from Pretoro. The ski resort Passolanciano is just 6 km away.
